1. Service Description

RERAScore ("the Service") provides algorithmically computed trust scores for RERA-registered real estate projects in India. Scores are derived from publicly available data filed with state Real Estate Regulatory Authorities.

2. Disclaimer

Trust scores are indicative, not definitive. RERAScore provides data-driven assessments based on publicly filed RERA data. Scores should not be the sole basis for property purchase decisions. We recommend:

• Conducting independent due diligence
• Consulting legal and financial advisors
• Visiting project sites in person
• Verifying information directly with RERA authorities

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, RERAScore does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data displayed. Data is sourced from government RERA portals and may contain errors present in the source. Trust scores are computed as of the data extraction date shown on each page.

Data freshness: Scores are based on a point-in-time data snapshot. The "Data as of" date on each page indicates when the data was last extracted. Project status may have changed since then.

4. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on RERAScore constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. Trust scores are algorithmic assessments, not professional opinions. RERAScore is not affiliated with any RERA authority.

5. Builder Dispute Process

If you are a builder or promoter and believe your trust score is inaccurate:

1. Email disputes@rerascore.in with your RERA registration number
2. Specify which data points you believe are incorrect
3. Provide supporting documentation from official RERA filings
4. We will review and respond within 72 hours

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Scrape, bulk download, or systematically extract data from RERAScore
• Use trust scores to harass, defame, or threaten builders or homebuyers
• Misrepresent RERAScore scores as official RERA ratings
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browsing

7. Limitation of Liability

RERAScore is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on trust scores or any losses arising from the use of our Service.
