• Anonymous usage analytics (page views, search queries) via privacy-respecting analytics

• Technical data: browser type, device type, IP address (not stored long-term)

2. Our Database

Our database contains only publicly available RERA filing data — project registrations, builder names, compliance records, and document filing dates. All trust scores are derived from this public data. No personal or sensitive information is stored.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the website to function. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies.

4. Data Source

Project data displayed on RERAScore comes from publicly accessible state RERA portals (maharerait.maharashtra.gov.in, up-rera.in, rera.karnataka.gov.in). This data is public information filed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

5. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

If you are a builder or promoter and believe your trust score data is inaccurate, please contact us with specific details and we will review within 72 hours.
