RERAScore is India's first free, public trust score platform for RERA-registered real estate projects. We score every registered project on a 0-100 scale across six dimensions: delivery track record, document compliance, legal risk, financial transparency, registration quality, and agent network.
Our mission is simple: give homebuyers the information they need to make confident property decisions. The Indian real estate market suffers from severe information asymmetry — builders have all the data, buyers get marketing brochures. We bridge that gap with transparent, algorithmic scoring based on publicly filed RERA data.
We collect publicly available data from state RERA portals — project details, completion dates, complaints, documents, financial filings.
Our scoring engine evaluates each project across 6 dimensions with transparent, documented weights. No human bias, no pay-to-play.
We never store personal data (bank accounts, phone numbers, emails). Only derived scores and public project metadata.
Basic trust scores are free for everyone. We believe transparency should not be a premium feature.
We currently cover 62,000+ projects across three states: Maharashtra (55,000), Karnataka (8,500), and Uttar Pradesh (4,100). More states are being added.
